Excess insurance is een soort afkoop van eigen risico. Bedoelen ze hier dat je de limiet afkoopt dus helemaal geen eigen risico hebt?

Notes to answerer
Asker: Dank Jorim, ik was even in verwarring omdat in de vorige zin van het contract stond dat er wel vergoed zou worden indien er overige verzekeringen waren waaronder excess verzekering. In de volgende zin staat dan dat er niet vergoed wordt als er een excess insurance is. Dat is dus kennelijk een excess om het gehele risicico af te kopen.
