15-bin file cabinets Explanation: "cases" implies rectangular 3D spaces, so it's unlikely to be anything like a flat cardboard folder. Also "clapet" implies a metallic shutting/locking mechanism, so it must be a piece of furniture. So the word "tab" suggested above is wrong. They're not available in the UK, so probably don't have a specific name.
