The initial responding officer Explanation: My guess is that 'ответственный по городу' here means an officer dispatched to an alleged crime scene from the police call center ('дежурная часть') and who would have been the first (although not necessarily in this case) to arrive at the scene. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2016-01-17 12:49:07 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- PS: The activist could have just as easily identified that person as 'главный по тарелочкам' :-) |
