Artículo 227, parrafo unico " Al que con perjuicio de alguien disponga para sí o para otro de una cosa mueble ajena, de la cual se le haya transmitido la tenencia pero no el dominio. Sin embargo omite establecer las circunstancias, razones, o causas ciertas que ha tenido en consideración para determinar que la indiciada tenía tenencia precaria respecto del numerario afecto a la causa, ya que es de suma importancia al repercutir en la tenencia.

Article 227, single paragraph, of the Criminal Code: “to whoever disposes of a third-party’s property for his/her own interest to the detriment of such party, for which has been granted custody but not ownership”, it fails, however, to establish the circumstances, (certain) reasons or causes that have been considered to determine whether the Defendant had a precarious custody regarding the ...... involved in the cause, as it is of dire importance, since it affects the tenure.

BTW, I'd translate "tenencia" as "possession"; tenure normally refers to possession of real property rather than personal property.
