National (Employment) Standards Agency Explanation: If this is what it appears to be looking at the link below: http://www.trabajo.gob.ar/inspeccion/metodologia/ then it appears to be a standards enforcement agency. I'd say "employment standards agency/bureau/office" conveys the fact that it is an office actively looking to inspect and check whether employer's are complying with standards regarding the workplace, hiring and welfare contributions. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Employment_Standards_Administr...
