National Oversight Directorate/Bureau OR: National Bureau of Inspection Explanation: In your context, given the definition, I believe that "Fiscalización" refers to inspection and oversight, not taxation. |

¡Saludos! |

National Supervision/Inspection Directorate Explanation: we can really suggest anything plausible here as somebody has to translate these newly created bodies into an acceptable form for the English-speaking community -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2015-12-29 22:39:43 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- that being said, "fiscalización" is a buzz word in Argentina and has nothing to do with taxes and a lot to do with supervision/inspection/checking/control (somebody came up with this over the last few years and now it appears on road signs and you name it) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2015-12-29 22:40:49 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- personally I can't stand the term in this context ... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2015-12-29 22:42:26 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- e.g. fiscalización de velocidad (give me a break) |

National (Employment) Standards Agency Explanation: If this is what it appears to be looking at the link below: http://www.trabajo.gob.ar/inspeccion/metodologia/ then it appears to be a standards enforcement agency. I'd say "employment standards agency/bureau/office" conveys the fact that it is an office actively looking to inspect and check whether employer's are complying with standards regarding the workplace, hiring and welfare contributions. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Employment_Standards_Administr... Of course, if this is not the case, and you don't know what function it has, then the other options above are probably more suitable given their neutrality. |
