(shared) ownership rights Explanation: My reference comes from Spain, but is about buying property in Costa Rica - the provinces it lists are those of Costa Rica. "El folio real se divide en 5 partes potenciales: La provincia, la finca, el duplicado, horizontales, y los derechos... [it then goes on to explain each of these items in turn] "Derechos representan un derecho de uso entre una serie de otros derechos de uso sobre una propiedad determinada. 90% del tiempo, este número será -000. Esto denota la plena propiedad de los bienes en cuestión." Your document says exactly this, derecho 000. It means that the property is 100% owned, as opposed to being split between multiple owners.
