  -> Thanks Gallagy - It appears to be an accademic course, rather than a business.

agree  AllegroTrans: perhaps "business procedures" or "business practices"

  -> Thanks AT. As these do seem to be legal and regulatory procedures, rather than managing files, ordering stationery etc., I don't think that "business procedures" would do. "Business practices" tends to be used in an evaluative way.
