Actually the term that comes to mind is "sexy", which obviously can't be used in this context. Kick-ass is great, but also questionable in this context. A possible alternative would be luscious. Muscular is pretty good in the context of a car...I do a lot of work in this industry. But crisp is definitely not appropriate.

didn't know that when I posted, and wouldn't have thought it of a family car. Here are some alternatives:
competent proportions
work horse?
wicked :-)
masterly or even roadmaster (but that could be some kind of copyrighted name)

In that case I don't think "muscular", good though it is, would work. That's OK for sports cars or cargo vans, but not for a family vehicle.
