neutral  philgoddard: Ausgesprochen means the opposite of delicately.//Sorry, I didn't express myself very well. But "delicately robust" sounds like an oxymoron to me.

neutral  BrigitteHilgner: Für mich ist "delicately robust" ein Widerspruch - wie Philgoddard bereits schrieb.

crisp proportions

Explanation:
You could say "beautifully crisp proportions".
"Crisp" is the exact equivalent of "knackig", so you may as well use it, the idea being simple, elegant, no-nonsense.

neutral  freekfluweel: 'knackig' has so many meanings/uses. Here, these proportions are making a statement (of presence), not neccesarily that they are crisp...

  -> I think you may be misunderstanding "crisp". That's exactly what it means, that they're making a statement.

Obviously, when you google this, you'll also get quite a few references to women's body shapes but I am sure that was intended, anyway. Same with "knackige Proportionen" in German.

luscious proportions

Explanation:
What is "knackig"?
Salad, vegetables in general, are crisp. Seeing that we are talking about a vehicle, nobody expects a buyer to take a bite out of it. Probably not relevant!
Another "knackig" I can think of is in relation to a body. In this case words like sexy or luscious come to mind. Sexy would probably be too direct in the marketing context, but luscious could be a possible borderline to use when describing a van or a car in general.
The marketing writer obviously wanted to convey his impression to others, if that includes a reference to an attractive human body, then it is appropriate and would be the word to consider.
I would write it as luscious but would refer to it in a note to the client and offer him to change it should he wish to do so.

Example sentence(s):
  • Das Auto zeigt knackige Proportionen.
  • The car shows luscious proportions.
