Asker: This is what I see online: A primary right is defined as "the right to be free from the particular unlawful conduct. In determining the primary right, the significant factor is the harm suffered." Yanke v. City of Oakland, 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 74094 (N.D. Cal. Aug. 20, 2009) This clearly has nothing to do with what is being discussed here.

Do they perhaps mean being well informed, as in the example from diarioextra.com?
