"Z jakim...?" jest pytaniem. Odpowiedź na takie pytanie: na pewno z najlepszym spośród oferowanych itp. w ramach budżetu.

Silnik już został wybrany, dlatego IMO w tym kontekście pasuje "z którym".

Poza tym można inaczej sformułować zdanie, np. "silnik dla samolotu wprowadzanego na rynek".
