De conformidad con las disposiciones del Código de Consumo, el cliente tiene un plazo de 14 días naturales para ejercer su derecho de rescisión, a partir de la fecha de recepción del pedido, en que reciba su pedido por él o un tercero distinto al transportista de XXX (proveedor).

No entiendo quién recibe, el cliente y un tercero otro que el transportista del proveedor? pero esto no es obvio, que el transportista no va a recibir la mercancía? Gracias por ayudarme.
