neutral  writeaway: how does this (Belgian) term fit the context?/Exactly. Andre said it's NL. But SIS is (or was) a Belgian system, not Dutch.

  -> Andre wrote "This is NL". There's no other context than "invullen SIS" - that's filling in data into a form or a system on-line, no? There hasn't been any mention so far SIS being Belgian, I can't know that.
