Andre did indicate that the context was Dutch Dutch, rather than Belgian Dutch. At least that's how I read his discussion entry "Netherlands This is NL" (which I actually only saw afterwards).

So if it was known it was Belgian, it was easy to indicate the answer immediately. The fact it was Dutch seemed to be the problem. It's a common Belgian term -everyone had a SIS card.

don't be silly, nobody said it wasn't Dutch or that it was Belgian. I guess the points mean the answer was useful, that's all. It also doesn't matter that the SIS card no longer exists. I also don't think that infullen SIS means filling in the SIS card, but filling data in the mentioned system makes sense. Michael puts it plausibly as well. Don't worry, be happy ...

apparently, this SIS-kaart is something that some Belgians need to have with them when travelling, so it might fit the context of business travel, not sure how it fits in het rijtje, but it doesn't necessarily have to be well written, and the three items don't necessarily all have to relate to "bestaande uit".

"en invullen SIS" could just be tacked on the end, and mean something like: and make sure to enter your SIS-kaart details/info

There are 8 similar documents but none of them mention SIS except this one. I think it's internal - so difficult to know.

It means it is his own unpaid time. Maybe SIS is some internal abbreviation. I can't find any explanation.

That's about border controls.
I don't understand what "als zijnde eigen tijd" means. And shouldn't it be "SIS invullen"?
I wonder if it could be a form or other document, perhaps a timesheet.
