Well, if someone asks you a question about "How does that sound to you" or sees a typing error in a sentence, I think I'd probably still vote Non-PRO. But both of us agree on this question being PRO, albeit for different reasons. I'd be interested to know from the Non-PRO voters what their reasons were, but unfortunately they were just passing by this question [was addressed to David, Ramey got in the way by posting at the same time :D]

defines the level of difficulty, nothing else. If someone thinks the term can be easily translated by looking it up in a dictionary, he or she votes non-Pro. Considering the discussion here and uncertainty among the colleagues, I would consider this a Pro question.
I understand it as being about language learning or people asking for linguistic help who are interested in language as a hobby, not in connection with their work.
Is there any way to agree on a stance towards Non-PRO?
A large chunk of the questions in EN-DE start off by asking "Does that sound right to you?" That's a question about language use, not special terminology. And here, we got precisely one term used, which had to be looked for, and it was voted non-PRO. WTH?!?
Type in Bosch Booklet 9, and the first link you'll get is an XLS file saying

Click on the link and scroll down to the English section and you should find your "booklets" there.
Unless you plan on converting Bosch to the use of another term, Edwin's reference should have been posted as an answer.
