if you look at the whole of

Semestre 1M Arts du spectacle (pcs Et. chorégraphiques)

including the fact that "pcs Et. chorégraphiques" is (1)in brackets and (2) immediately after the name of a module/subject matter, and that this a kind of "telegraphic style" used when listing academic subjects, I can't see any other explanation that could have a sporting chance of passing a reality check than:

Thank you for your initiative. We should all be better off for it. None of us seem to be experts on this very narrow topic and I think we've each done our best in proposing possible solutions under the circumstances.

In all modesty, I'm not sure «parcours et chorégraphiques» makes much sense either.

<p>The simple solution would be to contact the university in question and ask them what they mean when they use pcs, although it may very well mean, «parcours Etudes chorégraphiques» since the source term is stated as «pcs Et. chorégraphiques», where Et. could be used as an acronym for Études.

pcs still seems like a strange way to shorten parcous. I would think parc. would be clearer

"Etudes chorégraphiques" is a specialised subject for sure, but the way how graduate studies are organised is not, it's more or less the same in all Universities: "le parcours" i.e. "the path" is where you are going with your studies - what you are learning = "the major" subject of your studies.

A bit of basic common sense: why would someone interested in anything "... chorégraphiques" have to study statistics in such details as to devote a whole semester to the fine points of "professions et catégories socioprofessionnelles" ????? I very much doubt that even in a Postgraduate course in Statistics you'd dwell so long on it!

Not to mention the farcical combined end result (context?):
