Mam problem z poniższym kontekstem, wiem że due to kwota należna, jednak przy tłumaczeniu brzmi to co najmniej dziwnie:

The Supplier shall in such case also be entitled to request immediate
payment of all invoices, irrespective whether these ARE DUE, and to immediately suspend
performance of all of its obligations.

W takim przypadku Dostawca ma również prawo do żądania natychmiastowego opłacenia wszystkich faktur, niezależnie od tego czy są one należne oraz do natychmiastowego zawieszenia wykonania wszelkich zobowiązań.

wychodzi z tego pleonazm.. skoro ktoś zalega z zapłątą to wiadomo że jest to kwota należna, zatem może źle rozumuję ten kontekst? jest to umowa więc kwestia jest bardzo ważna..
