Не могу сообразить, правильно ли использован предлог:

Контекст: До истечения гарантийного периода Продавец должен произвести все ремонты, модификации, и регулировки, которые были обусловлены исключительно производственными недостатками и дефектами и должны заменить любую часть товара и/или дополнительных устройств, считающихся поврежденными в связи с изначальными производственными недостатками или дефектами.

Перевели как up until the expiry …

Basically, I think the sentence can be read two ways. One is as I suggested earlier on [“Seller shall replace X before the warranty period is over"]; the other one would be along the lines of, “Seller shall replace X during the warranty period.”
