Non ho mai visto una combinazione così. Credo intendano "hundreds OF thousands", ..... spero!!! Oppure al massimo "hundreds OR thousands"

Altrimenti non ha alcun senso, neanche in italiano nessuno di noi direbbe centinaia E migliaia di... se non per casi stranissimi che qui non credo entrino assolutamente.
