Мне кажется, что в Вашем случае под словом "вилла" подразумевается не здание, а весь участок. Видимо, он устроен террасами на склоне. На одной из терраса разбит сад, на другой построен бассейн.
Возможно, есть смысл переводить слово "level" разными словами.
"Pool Level " — "терраса с бассейном"
"Main entrance level" — "на уровне главного входа".
Фразу "At the garden level of the villa" можно перевести просто как "в саду" или написать "в той части участка, где разбит сад, стоят два гостевых домика с отдельным входом".
