Да. Как и летние фрукты, осенние фрукты. Если бы ресторан хотел написать "сезонные", то так бы и было "légumes de saison". Я не вижу ничего плохого в том, чтобы написать "осенние", тем более, что так часто пишут и в русских меню и рецептах. Вот, например http://m.povarenok.ru/49668
