Well we introduced the concept of an aspiration

because there is a need for some direction,

some vision

for where the company wants to head,

and so we had a big workshop

on that topic

and we talked about the need for,

some sense of competition,

some sense of winning,

and this idea that xxxxx

should be the undisputed leader

in our industry as a first stop,

and so we built this workshop

around the improvement priorities,

and we also built it

with an external orientation

and so all of the speakers

at the conference were external,

and so we had a lot of different perspectives

on our opportunity around customers

and our innovation opportunity

and the need to collaborate more

and also on talent,

and so in contrast to previous workshops

where we’ve had all internal speakers

this one was oriented towards

an external point of view.
