Bei den mir vorliegenden Befugnissen wird ein Unterschied gemacht zwischen "acto" und "operación".

Eine Befugnis lautet:

"Realizar compras de mercaderías e inversiones hasta un límite máximo de € xxxx ***por acto U operación".

Und in einer weiteren Befugnis heißt es lediglich:

"Suscribir contratos editoriales hasta un límite máximo de € xxxx ***por acto***.
