Ich bin wieder mal überrascht, wie schnell eine Übersetzung vorgeschlagen wird, ohne Belege dafür zu liefern, und wie schnell das von anderen ohne Überprüfung akzeptiert wird. Dabei gibt es hierfür viele Übersetzungsmöglichkeiten, nicht zuletzt deshalb, weil das Werkleistungsvertragsrecht in jedem Land anders ist.
Hier geht es bei „Lohnbehandlung“ nicht um gleichen Lohn für gleiche Arbeit, wie der Ausdruck vermuten ließe, sondern um Lohnaufträge oder Lohnarbeit, d.h. um Fremdvergabe oder Werksvertrag je nach rechtlicher Ausgestaltung.
Lohnarbeit bezeichnet abhängige menschliche Arbeit unter Bedingungen freier Arbeitsmärkte in einer Marktwirtschaft gegen einen Geldlohn. ... Lohnarbeit wird nach vertraglichen Regelungen zwischen Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmer entgolten.
