I'm asking about the translation of: 'exploiter des installations fabrication, de dispersion de polymères et de cires spéciales'. It is from an order relating to a factory. Is this 'to operate manufacturing facilities for the dispersal of polymers and special waxes'? What does 'dispersal/dispersion' mean in this context?
