Seeing Terry's almost simultaneous answer had me checking whether or not there should be a hyphen. The answer seems to be that both hyphenated and non-hyphenated versions (multipurpose/multi-purpose) are acceptable.

Explanation:
I'm adding this post not in contradiction to the suggestions already posted with "multi-purpose area/space/room/hall".

I'm drawing attention to the fact that if people attending the convention at the Palais de Congrès need to find and/or ask for the "Multi-purpose xxx", they may find it more difficult than looking/asking for the Espace Pluriel.

A number of Palais des Congrès appear to have one. If there is bi-lingual osting of signs on site, then you need to know what the area/room is referred to there. If not, for practical purposes, it may be helpful not to translate it and to provide EN in a footnote or in brackets.

Your original uses capital letters, which suggests it is a specific "named" area. If I take the example of the PdC in Bordeaux, then it is used slightly differently, in a dsscription : http://www.salon-entre-pros.fr/lieux-expositions-salons-pala...

La construction comprend 3 amphithéâtres (Amphithéâtre A – La salle grand spectacle, Amphithéâtre B – l’espace confort et Amphithéâtre C - l’espace pluriel) qui peuvent abriter environ 1850 personnes, un hall d’accueil, 10 salles de commissions et un espace d’exposition de 3000 m² destiné à vos salons professionnels.

ANother suggestion, which I suppose you have already explored, but just in case, would be to go to the website of the PdC in question and to see how the space is described (in terms of use), how it is labelled (with the capital letters, it suggests a label/sign somewhere) and perhaps even an EN version of the PdC's site.
