This Loan Facility is made available to the Borrower subject to the following conditions precedent:
a) All account opening documentation and any other formalities to the opening of a banking relationship must have been completed;
b) This Loan Agreement duly signed;
c) The Pledge & Assignment duly signed;
d) Any other collateral Document required to the Bank as listed under clause “Collateral” of this Loan Agreement
e) Sufficient Collateral deposited with the Bank.
