Russian term or phrase: масло из кадила
I thought the кадила would contain only incense? Is there another word for the vessel that holds oil for anointing in an Orthodox Church?

From a work on architectural monuments of Constantinople.

Ей пригрезилось, будто эта икона приказывает другой стоящей поблизости иконе взять масла из кадила и помазать девушке голову.

Explanation:
I've figured it out! Yay! :)

There is a typo in the text: it should be кандило, not кадило. "Кандило" is a icon lamp / lampion: a small lamp (with oil and a wick) that hangs in front of an icon for illumination. There is no Wikipedia article for "кандило", but if you google it you'll get tons of results.

Thank you, Deborah! :) It took some reading and thinking...

PS. Apparently, confusing "кандило" and "кадило" (either by not knowing the difference or through typos) is pretty common. Even in the story from an Orthodox forum that I had quoted in my first answer, since hidden by me, both words are used interchangeably (at the end of the page here http://wap.drevlepravoslavie.forum24.ru/?1-14-90-00000359-00... ).
