Ich übersetze eine Präsentation, in der es u.a. um das Konzept "responsible mindset vs. a victim mindset" geht (http://www.edbatista.com/2008/08/trium.html). Mindset ist ja schon relativ schwammig und wird zusammen mit responsible nicht gerade leichter. Die grundsätzliche Bedeutung kann ich erahnen, aber mir fehlt speziell für responsible mindset eine knackige Übersetzung. Habt ihr Ideen? Vielen Dank!

Danke für die Ergänzung, die natürlich auch gleich beim Stellen der Frage als weiterer Kontext hilfreich gewesen wäre, denn bisher war ich nur von einer Überschrift/einem Spiegelstrich ausgegangen.

In diesem Fall schließe ich mich Susannes Vorschlag "Eigenverantwortung" an. Also im genannten Beispielsatz: "... with a responsible mindset" = "aus der Perspektive der Eigenverantwortung".

Als alleinstehender Begriff ist Steffen's Lösung sicherlich zutreffend. Aber in dem genauen Satzzusammenhang, den Frank angesprochen hat, würde das hier ganz gut passen:
