English term or phrase: A personal journey
A tentative title in the context of a forthcoming photography exhibition.... Easy enough to translate, but expressing the correct nuance is the province of the maternal Francophone. The idea is that the photographer is exploring a theme which is highly personal to him/her, eg the death of a parent, the birth of a child, or even with the photographer as observer, eg in charting the progress of an athlete, schoolchild, etc.
