Hebrew term or phrase: כמעט טוב
ציון בתעודה של בית ספר

Local time: 03:58
English translation:Fair
Explanation:
There are of course a number of options in different schools and different countries. One system that is fairly widely-used is excellent-good-fair-poor-failing, and so in that case 'fair' would be the counterpart for כמעט טוב. Good luck!

"The Columbia College grading system is as follows: A, excellent; B, good; C, fair; D, poor but passing; F, failure (a final grade, not subject to reexamination). Plus and minus grades may also be used, except with D or F. Pass (P) is used for students who elect this option."

neutral  Tim Friese: It's impossible to say for sure but I think C is a better translation than B-. Unless you have Hebrew sources establishing this correspondence?
