In un brevetto, subito dopo il titolo appare "Beschreibung", che si solito si traduce con "Descrizione" e amen, poi alcuni paragrafi in cui si elencano gli svantaggi dei dispositivi già esistenti allo stato dell'arte, e poi prima di descrivere l'invenzione in oggetto appare "Offenbarung der Erfindung".

"Divulgazione" non mi suona bene, ovviamente non posso usare "descrizione" ... qualche idea?
