Italian term or phrase: indirizzo diagnostico
This is in the Emergency Department record of a patient admitted for chest pain -- although the patient's details don't matter here. The cardiology consultation report gives the patient's identifying information, and then says:

Tipo di consulenza: Cardiologica
Indirizzo diagnostico: Dolore precordiale. Pregressa SCA. PA [xxx/xx] mmHg

I find lots of different meanings of "indirizzo" and nothing in KudoZ for "indirizzo diagnostico."

I'm also wondering whether the information written in under this heading actually answers the "indirizzo diagnostico" question, or whether the doctor just chose this line in the form to insert some other information.

What does it mean in this context ... what is the best English equivalent?
