Jedna z kolumn formularza serwisu i naprawy manipulatora (elementu urządzenia do wykonywania biopsji i pobierania próbek).
Pozostałe kolumny to "Initial evaluation" i "Final QC evaluation", które interpretuję jako ocenę początkową i końcową ocenę po kontroli jakości.
Może to NC ma jakiś związek z non-compliance (urządzenie zostało określone jako niespełniające norm/ przepisów i zostało zwrócone producentowi do ponownego zbadania)?
