Jeder Wein macht eine Entwicklungsphase durch, die mit dem Lebenszyklus einer Pflanze vergleichbar ist. Wie eine Pflanze nach dem Anfangswachstum eine Blütephase zeigt, finden wir im Wein vor Eintritt in die Reifephase eine ähnliche Entwicklung. Dieser "blumige Abschnitt" in der Weinentwicklung geht dann in den "fruchtigen Abschnitt" über.
