I'm a bit stuck on what demarcación de Lleida refers to.

A demarcation is a line, boundary, or other conceptual separation between things. In this case, I think the "branch"of the architects association could easily be termed "section" or "unit", although I'm not so keen on the latter.

The College has five "sites" or "premises" across Catalunya in Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona, Lleida and Ebre so I think "branch" probably best

neutral  Thomas Pfann: Agree with 'branch' or similar. But careful: This is not a college in the sense of school/university but a professional association, so 'site', 'premises' or 'campus' won't work.
