audible signal

Explanation:
Not much to go on, but given the association with fire protection, this seems likely.

neutral  Tony M: I see what your getting at ('that which is projected'), but I doubt that would really apply in this context.

-> It's quite likely that you have correctly identified a typo. The wording is certainly strange. However, I do still think "audible signal" is a possibility.

neutral  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: "Phonique" suggests protection. I think "sonore" would have been used for a signal meant to be heard. But I can see the logic behind your suggestion. Typos present, context absent in ST ;-)

-> Certainly, "sonore" would have been more appropriate if they meant an audible signal.

sound / noise transmission / projection

Explanation:
Hard to be sure without any context to go on.

It is more usual to talk about 'transmission' than about 'projection' of sound / noise, but there may be a special reason why the writer chose this specific term here. Only more of the wider context will make it possible to understand the overall situation and possibly arrive at a more accurate solution.

Aha!

I wonder if you have a typo in your source text? Suppose it was really meant to be 'protection'? Then the connection between noise protection and fire-stop protection would make a lot more sense.

sound-proofing

Explanation:
I think this has a double typo. I read :

"proTection phonique et coupe-feu 2 heures".

Whatever material is concerned, it provides sound-proofing and fire protection for 2 hours.
