  -> I got it off the top of my head, but look in the dictionary and you can see that "immediate" is one of the translations for "emergente", and it seems pretty obvious here.

Just another idea, based on definition #2 in the RAE definition of "emergente" as quoted by Bill in the discussion area ("Que nace, sale y tiene principio de otra cosa").

Collins ES>EN dictionary also includes a definition for emergente (#2) of "resultant; consequent".

So, in other words, if the account had liquidity needs that had to be covered, then *as a result of this* (consequentially, in a resultant manner) a transfer could be made.

In this reading there is no need for urgency to be read into it or need to presume an error in the source. Just a thought.
