În lipsa unui context mai larg despre dezechilibrul (litigiul?) care trebuie restabilit, pentru UE recoman această formulă.
Balance of contract are un alt înțeles (sold, în sensul comercial), de aceea aș evita formulări care amintesc de acel termen.
