Spanish term or phrase: no pudiendo aplicarse una sola de ellas
Flight Duty and Rest Period Regulations

Does this means that it's not possible to apply the increases to only one of the types of break (ie on the ground or in-flight). I'm wondering why it's "ellas" (feminine) unless it's referring to "provisiones" in the previous paragraph. I'm also wondering how this fits with the flight duty limit increases being mutually incompatible.

I would be grateful if anyone can help to unravel this. Many thanks in advance.

La eventual aplicación de las provisiones relativas a incrementos de actividad presupondrá la aprobación de condiciones concretas por parte de Aviación Civil, a propuesta del operador interesado.
