Buongiorno a tutti.

Il testo in questione è il verbale della riunione del Consiglio esecutivo di un'organizzazione che si incentra sull'organizzazione di attività di formazione (progetti, seminari, gruppi di lavoro, corsi, ecc.) destinate ai rappresentanti dei lavoratori (a tutti i livelli della gerarchia sindacale). Tale attività è finanziata in parte dai contributi dei soci (organizzazioni dei lavoratori di tutta Europa), in parte mediante una sovvenzione della Commissione europea. La concessione e l'importo della sovvenzione dipendono strettamente dalla trasparenza finanziaria. Gli organizzatori dei seminari devono giusticare le proprie spese all'organizzazione e questa deve fare lo stesso con la Commissione europea.

Nel punto all'ordine del giorno dedicato alla relazione del Tesoriere si dice:

Budget 2014/15: Das Gesamtbudget umfasst knapp 4 Mio €. Die finanzielle Situation stellt sich positiv dar, die Liquidität ist ausreichend hoch, um die Projektabwicklung gut realisieren zu können. Außerdem weisen die eingegangenen Abrechnungen ***Mehrbelege*** aus, wodurch ein nicht abrechenbares Seminar abgedeckt ist. Von der Reserve von 80.000 Euro „Unvorhergesehenes“ wird voraussichtlich kein Gebrauch gemacht werden müssen.

Asker: Grazie mille per il tuo suggerimento, Cristina. Il mio ragionamento si muoveva nella stessa direzione. Senza rubarti troppo tempo, posso chiederti come interpreti l'intera frase? Io la capisco così: in base alle rendicontazioni che sono state presentate per il momento, sono stati forniti non solo i giustificativi necessari, ma anche di più, il che permette di coprire i costi di un seminario per il quale non può essere fornito giustificativo alcuno ("nicht abrechenbar" nel senso di non fatturare). Sei d'accordo?
