Ich würde hier also in etwa folgendermaßen formulieren:

Auch: Nebennierenrindenschwäche/-unterfunktion
etwas freier übersetzt .... Gemeint ist hier IMO, wie es sich auswirkt (auf die Eltern), wenn das Kind von Nebenniereninsuffizienz betroffen ist. Abhängig von den Fragen lässt sich da sicherlich auch eine andere Formulierung finden
