Portuguese term or phrase: Procedo a presente para ficar constando que por sentenca do juiz de direito
Brazilian marriage certificate divorce annotation. I wrote "I hereby proceed to act so that it henceforth states that by a judgment of the Judge". Is this correct? Is it correct to just write Judge or should I put something else. Many thanks, dear friends.

I make this annotation to record that by judgment rendered by the Honorable (name of the judge)...
Explanation:
This how I'd translate it. It's probably not the jargon (divorces are not annotated in marriage certificates in English speaking countries as far as I know), but it transmits the information necessary, in my opinion.

I process this document to record the fact that, by order of the judge...

Explanation:
Pelo jeito, é a averbação da decisão do juiz sobre o divórcio na certidão de casamento.

"judge" é suficiente para "juiz de direito".

I do hereby record that by a court order this document shall now on read as follows

Explanation:
Do not know if this is a common legal phrasing, it is mostly a suggestion trying to express the same meaning.

Also, I believe you should decide if it is a court/judge order, decision, rulling, or sentence.
