Also, I believe you should decide if it is a court/judge order, decision, rulling, or sentence. |

I make this annotation to record that by judgment rendered by the Honorable (name of the judge)... Explanation: This how I'd translate it. It's probably not the jargon (divorces are not annotated in marriage certificates in English speaking countries as far as I know), but it transmits the information necessary, in my opinion. |
