Law/Patents - Law (general) / Power of Attorney
Italian term or phrase: estrazione a sorte con o senza conguaglio
I am translating a power of attorney. In the section explaining the tasks which the attorney-in-fact will be able to perform, the document says:

All'uopo la procuratrice cosi nominata potra`:
Amministrare tutti i beni presenti e futuri della mandante...
Acquistare, vendere, permutare beni, crediti, diritti ....; convernirne il prezzo ed esigerlo rilasciandone quietanza;
PROCEDERE A DIVISIONI AMICHEVOLI O GIUDIZIARIE SIA PER ATTRIBUZIONE DI QUOTE CHE PER ESTRAZIONE A SORTE, CON O SENZA CONGUAGLIO.
Contrarre mutui....

My attempt:
Proceed with friendly or judicial allocations, both through the attribution of shares as well as through random draw, with or without adjustments.

My attempt doesn't sound right, so I would appreciate any corrections or input of the meaning and the equivalence in English.

Thank you in advance!

with or without reconciliation / balancing
Explanation:
There are two terms here actually.
An extrazione a sorte is a random draw:

And re conguaglio (with or without conguaglio) ...more than adjustments I would talk about reconciliation which is the financial term

This is about balacing / reconciling, pls see below thanks

DEFINITION of 'Reconciliation'

An accounting process used to compare two sets of records to ensure the figures are in agreement and are accurate. Reconciliation is the key process used to determine whether the money leaving an account matches the amount spent, ensuring the two values are balanced at the end of the recording period.

agree  CristianaC: balance here (not a reconciliation) divisione amichevole : assets are divided between the parties, and one party may have to pay money to the other as balance (conguaglio)
