Ennek megfelelően felek jelen szerződés aláírásával visszavonhatatlanul lemondanak azon jogukról, hogy a jelen szerződést értékaránytalanságra történő hivatkozással megtámadják"
Az "értékarányos" angol megfelelőjére 2 lehetőséget találtam: value for money és a másik latin kifejezés: ad valorem, ezt azonban a google szócikkei alapján úgy sejtem, hogy leginkább adózással kapcsolatban használják.

Thus, licensing contracts that do not involve any money at all will often cite as consideration, "for the sum of $1 and other good and valuable consideration"."
