This is from a section on the T1 form. The context reads:

" Le temps 1 (T1) représente la date de validation d’un formulaire. C’est un temps « online » sur lequel seront rattachées toutes les données d’enrichissement. Il sera nécessaire de passer eu sein des marqueurs AT Internet la clé de réconciliation.

Les éléments à mesurer sur le temps 1 :

› Le type de produit (auto, santé, habitation, …)
› Le libellé du produit
› La date du jour "

Could this simply be translated as "Items to be measured (or monitored) ..."? This is all I can come up with, but it does not sound very technical to me.
