Asker: Obrigada, Ana, mas não me parece que seja a mesma coisa (apesar de não ter a certeza). O meu texto fala muito de Continuidade Multicanal relacionada com a produção e sistemas de comunicação, e não propriamente pessoas. Pelo menos não me faz muito sentido no contexto em questão.
