In early 2015, Boat International magazine, the world’s leading authority on yachts and yacht lifestyle, invited XXX to feature in its Design issue. The team were keen to see how famous brands outside of the marine industry would approach the design of a yacht.
‘Designers out of water’, as they put it.
The brief was loose; designs could be as elaborate or as minimal as participants saw fit, from a simple sketch to a fully-rendered, CAD model.
