Me encuentro con "solicit" en el siguiente contexto:

"Meetings to reaffirm personal and company safety philosophies, to discuss or solicit significant employee safety concerns"

"To control measures, discuss ongoing safety performance, solicit safety concerns, etc."

¿Podría ser "gestionar"? Porque "solicitar" me parece que no aplica... ¿podrían ayudarme?
