valet mirror
Explanation:
the "valet" part means there are usually some hooks or rungs for hanging a suit, ties etc. So not just a miror on its own
And "valet" most often associated with men's wardrobe. See some styles here

maybe a "vanity mirror" or just "face mirrror". These days we'd probaly say "make-up mirror" but wouldn't suit the period. I wouldn't use "valet" anyway for a woman's item.

with Alison's dict entry it looks like this could be just a valet(=stand) mirror after all. I'd probably say a "vanity mirror" but anyway you just need explanation for your translation. However, if you Google "dressing table" (in any century) they all have mirrors, whether attached or not (otherwise not a "dressing table") so "mirror" would be redundant. I like "vanity" because it means dressing table and also means the mirror is for intimate personal use.

framed dressing table mirror

Explanation:
A valet mirror is full length and usually angled. Now that we have a link to a picture, it clearly isn't a valet mirror. The essential information is that it is framed and stands on a table at an angle.

neutral  Yvonne Gallagher: I already said it isn't a dressing-table mirror (as that to me is a swivel/fixed mirror ATTACHED to dressing table. This is just a small mirror.

-> Not necessarily. Beware anachronisms: the dressing-table in this picture is not a modern type of dressing table with pedestal drawers etc.// Google images of '"Dressing Table Mirror" "18th century"' and you will see that hardly any of them are attached.

-> Well yes, it would have saved time having the picture from the beginning. I've already said it's not a valet mirror...
