In instances where the New York State Insurance Fund has filed objections to providers' bills prior to the date of settlement and the provider has failed to request a hearing within the statutory time frames, either before a WCL judge to resolve legal issues or before a WCB medical arbitration panel to resolve valuation issues, the New York State Insurance Fund does not waive any of its rights, including those under the Workers' Compensation Board's Treatment Guidelines, the guidelines, any provision of the WCL, or the appropriate fee schedule.

Praktycznie na pewno chodzi o wycenę świadczeń.

If the employer or insurance carrier objects to payment of all or part of the bill for reasons concerning the value of the treatment performed or the amount billed, the valuation objections shall be placed on the Chair prescribed form for that purpose and submitted to the physician...
