Par exemple, les rumeurs veulent que le poste d'adjoint conception et mise en plan soit remplacé par un simple poste dfe mise en plan (dessin). Même si la direction prétend le contraire, il y a plusieurs décisions qui ont été prises et les tâches ont beaucoup changées au cours des dernières années ... plus de conceptions, moins de responsabilités, etc. C'est très inquiétant et ça mine le moral des employés.
